In addition to hosting Dalmore’s Richard Paterson next month, Edinburgh’s Whiski Rooms has announced details of three more distillery tastings.
On Thursday 12 April, Paul Goodwin will take patrons through a selection of Scotland’s only triple distilled whisky – Auchentoshan. Among the whiskies on the night Paul will be opening a bottle of their highly-sought after Cask Strength Auchentoshan Valinch.
Representatives from Glengoyne will be along two weeks later (26 April) for a whisky tasting featuring a number of malts from their distillery near Glasgow.
Finally, on Friday 25 May, The Whiski Rooms will be hosting Islay’s oldest distillery, Bowmore. A varied selection of the range – including the limited edition third batch of Bowmore Tempest – will be sampled on the night.
Places are also still available at March’s tastings of Glenfarclas (16 March) and Tomatin (22 March).
All three tastings take place between 6pm and 7pm and tickets, available from the store, are £10 per head for each. Visit their site www.whiskirooms.co.uk.
