The Whisky Exchange in London’s Vinopolis will be hosting a tasting later this month featuring a range of malts from Islay’s youngest distillery, Kilchoman.
Kilchoman opened in 2005 as the first new distillery on the famous whisky island in 124 years and has been making waves, and winning awards, ever since.
TWE will play host to Kilchoman’s owner and founder, Anthony Wills, on 25 June where he will talk patrons through a range of expressions from the distillery.
Whiskies lined up include the spring, summer and winter 2010 seasonal releases, a 2006 vintage single cask, the 100% Islay, the Sherry Cask Release and Machir Bay.
Tickets are £30 a head from TWE’s Vinopolis store or by phoning 020 7403 8688.
