Glasgow-based Morrison Bowmore Distillers has posted an 11% rise in profits, according to a reports in the Herald and Scotsman newspapers. Accounts at Companies House show the distiller’s turnover went up six per cent to £41.5million and pre-tax profits were up to £4.2million for 2010.
