Whisky specialist Loch Fyne Whiskies have announced that they have managed to source a small range of cask strength bottlings from Chivas Brothers’ stable of single malt distilleries.
The whiskies are available in 50 cl bottles and are usually only available from the distilleries’ visitor centres.
The range includes a 14 year old Glenburgie 1997 (60.5%, £37.90), 14 year old Miltonduff 1997 (58.3%, £36.90), 19 year old Scapa 1993 (61.0%, £40.90), 14 year old Longmorn 1997 (59.6%, £44.90) and a 17 year old Glenlivet 1992 (59.3%, £40.90).
The cask strength Chivas bottlings can be found amongst Loch Fyne’s latest arrivals on their website at www.lfw.co.uk/acatalog/Latest_Arrivals.
Paisley-based Chivas Brothers is now the whisky arm of French drinks giant Pernod Ricard and is second only to Diageo in terms of its malt whisky output and sales.
