Number 14 Ord Distillery is being marketed by agents Innes and Mackay who are asking for offers over £154,000, according to the Press & Journal.
The semi-detached cottage, built in 1909, was originally home to workers at the distillery. At the time, the entire Glen Ord distillery had just been bought by Dundee whisky blenders James Watson and Son for £15,800.
The estate agents describe it as “charming and of a good size,… [with] plenty to offer those in the market for a home in a quiet, unusual location.”
No whisky-related perks are listed in the schedule, however.
