Glen Garioch are holding their annual Open Day this weekend, with the Distillery doors open to the public this Saturday from 10 o’clock in the morning.
The distillery in Oldmeldrum, near Inverurie, will host an exhibition and competition of local school children’s photography as well as craft stalls and tea, coffee and cakes.
In addition there will be masterclasses with the distillery manager and the launch of their new “Bottle Your Own Glen Garioch” offer.
Established in 1797, Glen Garioch is Scotland’s most Easterly distillery and has been handcrafting their range of single malt whiskies for over 200 years.
The Glen Garioch Distillery Open Day is on Saturday 22 September, 10am to 4.30pm. Entrance is free and free express tours will also be available.
