Bushmills Irish Whiskey have launched a new global website for their brand, and have taken one of the distillery’s strangest residents on to the internet with them.
The Diageo-owned distillery in Northern Ireland is said to be haunted, and visitors to the new site may find themselves confronted by the self-same ghost.
The new website, at www.bushmills.com, is aimed at younger (but over-18) drinkers but uses the tag ‘Since Way Back’ to highlight the history of the brand, reports thedrum.co.uk.
Users can browse the history of the whiskey, as well as see highlights of more recent events such as the Bushmills Live whiskey and music festival earlier this year, which featured Snow Patrol and Elijah Wood.
The site was created by the Pulse Group design agency for Diageo.
