Tasting

The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show

The Whisky Exchange in London’s Vinopolis is to celebrate America’s Independence Day with a tasting of American whiskeys.

The staff in the shop will be joined by importer Eaux de Vie’s sales director Bruce Perry who will be taking patrons through a range of American drams including wheat, corn, rye and single malts, as well as, of course, bourbon.

Lined up on for the night are bottles from Georgia Moon, Bernheim, Wasmund’s, Rittenhouse, Elijah Craig and Noah’s Mill, as well as the Evan Williams 23 year old, reports www.malthound.co.uk.

The tasting is on Wednesday 4 July at 7:30pm. Tickets £25 each, available by calling 020 7403 8688 or in store.

Tickets are sold first come, first served and restricted to two per customer.

Event Details

Organised by 2 local whisky enthusiasts, Chris Knight and Neil Rowley; we wanted a way to give fellow enthusiasts, and new comers alike, the chance to taste new whiskies from a wide range of distillers from around the world, along with some fantastic offerings from independent bottlers.

There are 2 types of ticket, an Admission ticket and a Masterclass ticket. A Masterclass ticket MUST be accompanied by an Admission ticket.

With the increased popularity of gins over recent years, we also wanted to raise people’s awareness of the fantastic products now available. There will be a number of gins available at the festival, giving you a chance to try new gins from some of the many artisan distillers.
