Single Malts Direct are offering a discount price for the next week on one of the independent bottlings of Tamdhu in their store.

The online specialist have the Provenance series Tamdhu 12 Year Old at £33.99, reduced by £4.00, until next Thursday.

Distilled in the spring of 1999, the store describes it as “sweetly honied and warmly spiced on the nose. The palate is chewy, vanilla, toffee’d – even more spiced now – and runs to a finish which is cough drops warmingly spiced again, with late barely sugar tone evident”.

Other bottlings from Douglas McGibbon’s Provenance range at Single Malts Direct include Dailuaine 12 year old (£37.99), 7 Year Old Glen Ord 2004 (£32.99) and Benrinnes 11 Year Old 1977 (£34.00).
