Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky will be attending The Los Angeles Scotch Club’s Peatin’ Meetin’ on the 28th of July 2012, the next meet up for the growing LA whisky society.

Peter Currie from Duncan Taylor will be hosting a tasting session of their new peated whiskies at the meeting, which is set to feature some of the smokiest whiskies on the planet.

According to their website, last year’s Peatin’ Meetin’ of the LA Scotch Club saw more than 100 participants enjoy 46 unique bottles with this year’s event set to be even bigger.

As well as the whiskies, there will be a barbecue prepared over peat imported from Scotland and Ireland and entertainment from The Brick Top Bloggers.
