For those of you unable to attend the official launch at the Arran Whisky and Music Festival this weekend, Single Malts Direct are now taking pre-orders for the Arran Distillery’s latest Icons of Arran whisky.

The Devil’s Punch Bowl is inspired by a glacial hollow of the same name on the island and was created by Master Distiller James MacTaggart from a selection for bourbon and sherry casks at the distillery, with the addition of a touch of their 2006 Peated Arran malt.

A limited edition of 6,660 bottles, it is bottled at cask strength (52.3% abv), un-chillfiltered and without added colour.

Online retailer Single Malts Direct are taking pre-orders for the whisky now via their website to ship at the end of July.
